THE WIND BAND
The Wind
Band is one of the largest ensembles at EJMS with nearly 50 members. We
tackle a variety of classical and lighter music and play a wide range
range of wind, brass and percussion instruments.
Our members are aged
from about 10 upwards, and usually join when grade 2 and above. The Band
is a very sociable group and far too much talking goes on in rehearsals!
The EJMS Wind Band has developed a relationship with Castle Brass, a community
wind band from Pembrokeshire and exchange visits have place. We hope that
there will be more in the future.
